Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping



  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–14 business days


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 


 


 

Delays & Issues


While we work hard to ensure on-time deliveries, shipping times may be delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays).


If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bearefoot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

 


 


 


Lost or Stolen Package

 


 


Bearefoot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or reaching out to our support team for assistance.
